When you purchase an imperfect pan, you’re giving new life to a perfectly functional product with manufacturing flaws or minor damage. These imperfections vary and may include, but are not limited to
- Scratches, scuffs, and dings
- Discoloration
- Surface texture imperfections
- Minor dents
- Minor surface rust
- Handle manufacturing error (ex: a small flake of metal inside the hollow handle that causes a rattle)
Returns:
Imperfect pans are not eligible for returns.
Imperfect Pan Warranty Information:
Note, imperfect pans are still covered under warranty for functional defects that occur under normal recommended use such as delamination, loose rivets, and functional manufacturing defects. However imperfect pans are not covered under our warranty for any cosmetic or general manufacturing imperfections that do not affect functionality.

I don’t know, it looks perfect to me! Already cooking great scrambled eggs
I found these slightly imperfect pans to cook perfectly as with all of these pans, a little bit of practice and skill is needed to properly season these pans and keep the seasoning but once you learn this process, these pans will give you a lifetime and your children’s lifetime of stick free cooking With no chemical additives
My imperfect pan seems perfect to me! It arrived in 2 days. I seasoned it in the morning and scrambled eggs at lunch. Glad to have a lifetime replacement for my worn out non-stick pans.
