Return Policy

Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be within 60 days of after shipping and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or altered in any way.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that issues can arise. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective from the factory, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize resolving such issues, either through a replacement or a return process, at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via info@stratacookware.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: 
Our team will review your return request and, upon approval, will provide you with return instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Shipping: Please pack the item securely and include any original packaging. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

 

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Exclusions
Please note that certain items may be excluded from our return policy due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
