Shipping Costs & Timelines
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping destination. Shipping times provided are estimates and do not include order processing times.
Pre-orders will have an estimated ships by date listed on the product page. This date is an estimate and is subject to change based on production schedules and other factors. We strive to meet our estimated shipping dates, but occasional delays can occur. We will notify customers of significant delays. Please see our Preorder Policy for more information.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees (International Orders)
Orders from Stratacookware.com ship from the United States. We recently partnerned with Global-e to provide international shipping and localized checkout options. Depending on your shipping destination, duties and taxes may apply.
For orders placed on or after May 12, 2026 duties and taxes will be handled in one of the following ways:

Duties & Taxes Included (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP)
For select countries, duties and taxes are automatically calculated and included in your final checkout price. If this applies to your order, you will see the following notice at checkout: “The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.” In these cases, no additional customs charges will be due upon delivery. -
Duties & Taxes Calculated, Pay Now or on Delivery
For some countries, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout but not automatically included in the purchase price. Customers may have the option to pay these charges at checkout or upon delivery. If choosing to pay on delivery, any applicable fees will be collected by your local customs authority or carrier. -
Duties & Taxes Not Predetermined
For countries where duties and taxes cannot be calculated in advance, customers will see the following notice at checkout: “Local taxes, duties or customs clearance fees may apply.” In these cases, duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
